Default P-O-W-E-R Day 9

P-O-W-E-R Day 9: Obey by SGLY Ministry

“Whether it is pleasing or displeasing, we will obey the voice of the LORD our God,…”Jeremiah 42:6 NKJV

Today’s Thought:
In today’s verse the people were asking Jeremiah the prophet to pray to the Lord for them for guidance and direction.
They told Jeremiah that they would obey what the Lord told them whether it was pleasing or displeasing to them.
I believe we should be doing the same. As we previously prayed and asked the Lord regarding our plans and goals, we should now be obedient to what He has told us.

Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
I want to always be obedient to Your word and what You have spoken to me about my daily plans, so today I will continue to organize my life by writing down whatever scriptures or messages I believe You have spoken to me.
Help me to do this God. I want to obey You and walk daily in Your way and will.

Today’s Action:
Purchase a journal.
Write down whatever you feel God has spoken to you personally regarding the plans and goals you believe He wants you to accomplish this year.

We stay sober and clean together - one day at a time!
