I used to think I could leap over tall buildings and was bullet proof..Learning disciplined healthy boundaries was not easy yet it became extremely important..especially but not limited to those times I began working with others..It became even more important to practice and walk my talk.
A burnt out worker is not a good worker...but a disciplined one that knows his or her limits and works at a disciplined pace is a very strong asset.
