This reminds me of the saying, "Just because you have a feeling, doesn't mean you have to act on it." This was completely foreign to me, it was act react. I often took on other people's stuff and the caretaker in me tried to carry their load and mine. I didn't have the thought of letting go, I thought it was my responsibility.

Today I am never alone. If I feel like that, it is my choice, because I have isolated and closed down.

No matter what is put in front of me, no matter where it takes me, I know my God is near.
