Healing Life

Through the healing energy of God, I am a new creation.

I am open to change—exploring new ideas or new ways of doing things. As I reflect on my physical being, I may decide to incorporate different life choices into my daily routine. I may choose to eat better, exercise more, and get more rest. There is also a nonphysical activity I can do to benefit my body—I can pray.

In quiet times of prayer, I bring my awareness to the life of God within. This life gently, effortlessly flows throughout my being. Breathing deeply, I am aware of divine life radiating throughout every fiber of my being.

I let go of any concerns about myself and open my mind only to positive thoughts. I give thanks for the renewal that is constantly taking place within me. I feel a healing surge of energy and vitality. I am a new creation.
