C is for Care for yourself. It is important to give to others. It is important to take time for yourself, to fill yourself up, so you have something to give away. Care taking can be a good thing, if you remember to take care of you first. Remember this disease is cunning, baffling, and powerful. It is a mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical disease and I need to feed and care for all areas of my being.
