Default What Recovery Can Do

Us being very hard on ourselves as a way for us to try to get ourselves into recovery rarely works for any of us, and usually no good will come from us trying it this way. What all of us need is a better understanding about our own situations when it comes to us all having this problem, and we can get this from recovery. It tells all of us exactly what this problem is for us, and as hard as it is for most of us to hear that, and it is, it's still much easier then it is for us to continue beat up on ourselves, because this is what normally leads all of us away from recovery and from us being able to get the help we all need with having this problem. The moment we all know and understand our situation as it is when it comes to us having this problem, and then make up our minds that we're going to do through with what recovery suggest we do, then we all become relieved of this problem, and as long as we keep on doing those things it will stay away from us, but the minute we stop doing these things it comes right back. There is no escaping this for any of us who have our problem, and this is why none of us needs to be hard on ourselves to begin with, because it's already hard enough for all of us, when it comes to us having this problem in the first place. What all of us need because we have this problem is for us to be able to love ourselves enough so that we'll each want for ourselves what recovery can do for all of us.
