I connect with the sacred in me.

In times when my mind wanders into worry and fear, I connect with the sacred Source of life and inspiration within me. I turn away from the outer world—I breathe deeply to calm my busy mind. I find solace and comfort by letting go into the Holy Presence. My breathing becomes soft and steady. My body relaxes into profound peace.

God is the energy animating my existence. As I focus on this energy, I find myself naturally moving into a higher state of consciousness. My mind becomes quiet.

I dedicate time today and every day to connect with God in prayer and meditation. In these precious moments, one with the Sacred Presence, I am filled with trust. In the sacredness of who I am, all is well.
