Found I could pray any where and any time, but if I wanted to listen for the answers, and allow His words to get by the chaos in my own head, I had to rest and be open to listening. If you don't know, the time is not right. You will know what to do, if you listen and willing to sit and learn each lesson. Do we get too impatient and intolerant to wait on God's Time or do we try to make things happen in our time.
