The Rain Of Insane

Sitting here listening to the rain
Wishing it would take away some of my pain….

Not the pain that is within my bones
The pain that takes control of my soul….

The rain smells so rewarding and fresh
I would like to say that I’ve always done my best….

As it falls from the sky above
I’ve haven’t had much luck when it comes to love….

The drippings as it flows from the roof top
I have done loaders that would make me drop….

As the rain falls and hits the ground
I could than only hear the beat of my heart sound….

The pools of water that look like a lake
The dope that I’ve done just to stay awake….

How the water has ripples that make lovely waves
The dope should have put me into a deep dark grave….

I’ve thought about my life how it relates to the rain
My life was so much more than just physical pain….

I thought the water would cleans the dirt from the ground
Sometimes I can only hear my heart as it pounds….

The pounding of the water from the top to the ground
Next time give me something that has lest sound….
