1 John 4:9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.

*****

Better to have little, with fear for the Lord, than to have great treasure and inner turmoil. Proverbs 15:16

*****

Today’s Scripture: I Corinthians 6:14 (NLT): And God will raise us from the dead by his power, just as he raised our Lord from the dead.

Today’s Thought: We have an amazing hope in Christ! We will be raised from the dead one day and live with Him forever! It is time we share this good news with everyone!

Today’s Prayer: Lord, help me to talk about You in my daily business and live a life that brings honor and glory to You. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!

*****

Jeremiah 32:17 — "Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you."

The Lord has supreme control and absolute rule and authority over the universe and everything in it. The Scripture states that there is "one God and Father of all who is over all and in all (Ephesians 4:6). In painful times, how do you view God? Especially during hardships and heartbreak, it is important to remember that He is in control. Focusing on His Sovereignty will give you the confidence to carry on.

*****

But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. Psalm 3:3

*****

1 Peter 5:8-9 (NIV) - Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

*****

He is my everything!
"A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want." Psalms 23:1

*****

Galatians 5:22-23 - 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

We stay sober and clean together - one day at a time!
