Healing

The healing life of God renews and strengthens me.

Life can be exhilarating, yet exhausting, which is why times of rest are important to my mental and physical well-being. I take time each day to rest and recharge my spiritual battery by spending time in prayer.

In the quiet of prayer, I affirm: The healing life of God renews me. My body relaxes in the safety of God’s presence; I am comforted and soothed by God’s healing touch. My mind and body are in unity with God’s healing life.

The healing life of God strengthens me. In unity with God’s healing life, I feel that life flowing through every cell and organ of my body, strengthening me and making me whole and well.

With faith I affirm: The healing life of God renews and strengthens me.

Be renewed in the spirit of your minds.—Ephesians 4:23
