Hanger Management
How often do you not eat on time because you are distracted or caught up in something? When you don't eat on time, do you get snippy and snappy? If you get “hangry”, angry because you're hungry, what you need is “hanger management”. Here are a few tips: - Be mindful of when your body signals that you're hungry - Set a reminder to remind you to stop and eat - Have snacks at the ready, dried fruit, nuts and seeds - Eat often, eat healthy to keep ‘hanger’ at bay From Thought For Today
