Some of us will enter into our recovery not knowing the true nature of our situation only to discover just how serious it really is, and has been for all of us, and still is. For all of us we've all been happily unaware of all of this up until now but the time for innocence is now over for all of us and comes to a close. This is because from now on we all now know the truth about our situation and ourselves, and going forward what we all choose to do with this knowledge is going to be what determines what's coming next for all of us. As we look around at all of those who are in recovery we'll see that some of them did know before they got here what we are all now only discovering for ourselves, and we'll see what the real value in knowing this is, because knowing this didn't help them, in fact knowing this if anything only proved to make matters worse for them. The same will be true for all of us, and the question that still remains for any of us is what are we all going to do about knowing what we all now know about ourselves and our situation? The answer for all of us can be found in recovery but only if we are looking there will we ever be able to find it. If we don't, then all of us will be just as lost and as miserable as all of those who knew before they got here, who end up being here anyways even though they knew the truth about themselves and their situation.
