September 25: I was reminded of the scripture about God making the rough places smooth, and it resonated with my spirit that He is indeed doing that now. Many of us have been through difficult, if not nearly impossible circumstances. We need to take heart that He is with us to make things easier than they have been. To that I say, Amen. Isaiah 42:16 I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.
