There's nothing wrong with us being logical about things, and most of us are. What gets all of us into trouble is when we depend on logic way more than we should, or when it doesn't make any sense for us to use it. And it makes no sense to use logic when we don't have all the answers about something because we can only use logic when we do. What we all tend to do so that we can continue to use logic when we don't have all the answers is to come up with our own answers about things that we know nothing about. Then together with our own answers we logically apply this way of thinking to our life. What this does is it gets all of us into a big mess that none of us can get ourselves out of. It's our own thinking and logic that's got all of us into this mess. We've all done this to ourselves, and the worst part of all of this is that none of us can fix this on our own so that we can get ourselves out of this mess. The only thing from now on that will ever work for any of us to get us out of this mess is for us to have some kind of faith that something else can do this for us. Without us having this all of us we'll be stuck in our way of thinking which is flawed at best, by our own answers and logic.
