Who am I, O Lord God, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far? (NLT) 1 Chronicles 17:16

Have you looked back on your life to see how far God has brought you? Have you seen the protection of your family? The Lord has been good to you. Even though you have come through some tough times, the Lord has brought you very far. Go on, take a look back. Humble yourself before the Lord.

Like this, I was told to look at what I have instead of what I don't have.

When I get to a place where I want to be "a wanna bee" in Romper Room, I need to get off the pity pot, and get on with my life.

Don't wish your life away, be present in the moment and enjoy.
