Default Other Than What We Are

All of us can seek all the pleasure we all want to, and in doing so we all find out one thing for sure that this will never be enough to end the pain that was in all of our lives. We've all become so used to doing this that we all somehow think this is normal, it's not, but for at least that one moment this did counter the ongoing misery that was all of our lives or at least we all thought it did. But what can we all do about all that pain that we're all in none of us knew, because we didn't even know what it is that was causing this for all of us, but it turns out it's the same for all of us. We're all aware and know we all have this pain, and none of us have a clue to what's causing this or what we can do about this. We're all in the same boat when we all show up here in recovery at a loss of what we can do. But because all of us are the ones who are willing and all want to learn how to do something about this, we've all been pointed in the direction of recovery where we can find this out. This all begins for all of us the day we all learn how to accept who we are and then learn what each of us can do about this. All of us will never become anything other than what we've all become no matter how hard any of us might try to we'll all still be who we are from now on. And that's okay for all of us because in recovery we learn we don't have to be anything else other than what we are because we use this to help ourselves and others from all that pain that we all have.
