To become a whole person again is a goal for all of us who are in recovery and we all can have this for ourselves if we're willing to do what it takes so that we can. There are many sides that go into making all of us who we are that allow all of us to be a whole person, and for all of us who are in recovery we all have ignored most of these, except for one for a very long time. In recovery we all learn how to and are given the opportunity to become a well rounded person, and how to be able give a value to all sides of ourselves, and bring them together in harmony to work for us, instead of against us, like we've all been doing up to now. When we're able to do this is when all of us can become a whole person again, and are no longer the lopsided ones that we all came in with when we get into recovery. Honoring all sides of ourselves will give all of us a meaning to troubled our lives, and recovery addresses all of this in way that helps us do this, and not only will this allow for all of us to become whole again, this will also allow for us all to having a meaning to this troubled world we all live in, something else that was lacking in all of our lives before recovery.
