Our three biggest obstacles that all of us have to face and overcome so that we can begin our recovery are the same for all of us. The first has to do with us needing and wanting help, none of us really likes when we get to this point, but all of us will eventually get here and what we do going forward is going to be crucial for all of us. The next and sometimes even more difficult one has to do with the spiritual aspect of recovery, or as some will call it the religious part, many of us never get past this. And lastly and probably the most difficult one is to be able to love ourselves enough, to be willing to put ourselves through what it takes for all of us to be in recovery. To overcome all these obstacles all of us will need to become honest, open and willing, and all of us can as soon as we make up our minds to. Recovery is possible for any one, and the only ones of us that it's not possible for, are those of us who are making it impossible for ourselves.
