Cocktail Sauce
2 cups ketchup
1 pat butter 1 TB sugar 2 TB horseradish 1 ts lemon juice Mix all ingredients together in a small cooking pot. I usually start the cocktail sauce before I start cooking my shrimp. I put it on high then once it starts to bubble I move the pot to another burner and heat on low while cooking the shrimp, stirring the cocktail sauce occasionally. |
