Very much need to be here in today. I see my son's progression and it is hard to detach. When ever he is hurting, he lashes out at me. It is all my fault and tonight, I am Ms. Now It All, because I go to AA. I informed him, Al-Anon too. He said, "Whatever!" The usual response to what ever I may suggest, so as they suggest in Al-Anon, it is best to keep my mouth shut.

I do this on the whole, but I still have to set boundaries because he tends to ignore them and that doesn't make me happy.

It is difficult to see him killing himself. He is a ghost of himself and it is getting scary.
