Forgive
I love and forgive myself.
Forgiveness is an important step along my spiritual path. While I may need to forgive another, I realize that forgiving myself is a necessary part of my road to wholeness.
Jesus instructed, “Love one another. Just as I have loved you” (John 13:34). Inherent in that love is the ability to forgive. Focused on the healing love of God that flows through me, I release every thought or feeling of unforgiveness. When I do so, something incredible happens. The love and understanding that soothes and heals me reaches out to bless others.
Forgiveness clears my way. I am free to love and be loved because I forgive.
Anyone whom you forgive, I also forgive. What I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, has been for your sake in the presence of Christ.—2 Corinthians 2:10
