Insects in Dreams?

Hi , first time poster long time admirer.

I've been sober for about 6 months now (cold-turkey, no rehabilitation) and have begun having unusual dreams with closeups of insects, namely flies, butterlies, christmas beetles and moths.

The moths are a prominent one, where it is as if a giant moth is smothering my face.

I found a site on moth symbolism (http://mothsymbolism.com) that mentioned moths are ultra-sensual, as are all the insects in my dreams. Do you think it's a sign of clarity?

Dreams are a big part of detoxing. It is normal. I was told it wasn't so much what you saw in the dream, but your feelings when you are dreaming.
