M is for Meetings. When you don't feel like going to one, run don't walk to the nearest one. The best way to get an attitude adjustment is to go to a meeting.

M is for Mistakes. Just because I make them doesn't mean I am one. It is part of being human and part of the learning process. Hopefully we learn from them, I know that my God brings me back until I get the message that I need to hear. Listen for the message. Don't shut it out because you don't like the sound or the appearance of the messenger.

M is for Minute. Got a minute. Spend it with someone who needs a loan of your time. If you have a few spare minutes, spend it in meditation and have a wee talk with your God. Minutes are precious. Alone minutes are good, what do you fill them up with?
