G is for Gratitude. Not a word that can be spoken, it needs to be shown too.

G is for Group. It is important to have a home group for support. A place I can go to where I can go in good times and not so good times and share. Service is a big part in recovery. Just setting up chairs, making coffee, standing at the door and extending a hand and welcoming others who come in the door, makes me feel good, and hopefully, it makes others do too.

G is for Growing Pains. No pain no gain. It is best to work through things, this isn't a quick fix program. When we get to the root of things, we can heal from the inside out.
