Today is a brand new day. Every step I take is anew. Every sight I see is bright. Every sound I hear is musical. Every morsel I taste is a delight. At the end of this day I will slumber peacefully and look forward to a repeat of this day.

Went downtown this afternoon and had four very heavy bags of groceries tied to my walker. I was having pushing the walker because it was all up hill. Two guys drinking beer in saluted my efforts, couldn't have been a 72 years old lady when they looked to be in their mid 30s as much as my ego would like to think so, and then when I got on the home stretch, two guys went buy in a car and yelled, you can do it. I did make the light, and made it home. :) Considering how sick I have felt, it was a good accomplishment. I met my friend Bert and he said, "Why did you get so much? There is no such thoughts in my mind and in my vocabulary, I go to get what I need. I went to five stores. A storm is coming, and weather is turning bad, so I went while things where good, no matter how I felt. It has to be an extreme incident that will keep me at home, if I feel the need that I need to go for my Higher Good and that of another.
