LIVING THE SOLUTION WITH DAILY INSPIRATION
Now that we know what we have – Jesus, this High Priest with ready access to God – let’s not let it slip through our fingers. We don’t have a priest who is out of touch with our reality. He’s been through weakness and testing, experienced it all – all but the sin. So let’s walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help. (Hebrews 4:14-16 — The Message)
Have you ever been in a situation that made you feel all alone? Like you where the only person having to deal with it? Like nobody could possibly understand or relate to what you were going through?
The Bible tells us that while Jesus was here he faced all the fears, testing, temptations, and concerns that we face, and will face, and He did it without giving in to sin. So you can take comfort in knowing that Jesus is not out of touch with the things you face each day. He totally understands and He is ready and willing to give you His thoughts, advice and strength to successfully deal with the issues.
Are your problem relations with parents, parenting, a spouse, boss, or employees? Jesus had all kinds of issues with all kinds of people from different walks of life. Are you facing money or job problems? Jesus had to depend daily on God to meet His needs. Are you dealing with loneliness? Jesus is there to be your friend; He depended on God during the times He was abandoned by His friends.
God never promised that we would not have trials, struggles, temptation or persecution. He did promise to be there with us. No matter what we face, Jesus has faced it in one form or another. Go into the throne room with boldness and ask God for His help and mercy. He is there to help you, to give you strength, confidence and support as you face life’s daily trials.
Live intentionally, purposely, free and with passion,
