CLARITY

When we think of clarity, we may think about being focused or being able to see things more clearly than before. We may think of having no distractions. When things are clear, things get better. When we clear our heads, we can think better. When we clear the clutter on our desks or in our homes, we are able to see better. Unfortunately, there is clutter wherever we go, but God can help us clear the clutter and have the clarity we need so we can better focus on doing His will.

Proverbs 8:9 “My words are plain to anyone with understanding, clear to those with knowledge.” (NLT)

Dear Lord, we know when we put our trust and our hope in You that You will give us peace. We know when we focus on You, You will provide direction. We know when we commit to doing Your will, You will give us the understanding we need to get rid of the clutter in our minds and in our lives so that we can fully focus on You. Thank You, Lord, for the clarity You provide in our lives so we can fully do Your will. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

We can see all things more clearly when we start the day focusing on God.

When we focus on God’s will, the clutter and distractions of the world will disappear.

God wants us to be clear on His word so we should read it daily and ask Him for clarity in His word.

If we want clarity in our lives, we can find it in God’s word.

Our God is not a god of confusion but a God of direction and clarity.

1 Corinthians 14:33 “For God is not a God of disorder but of peace, as in all the meetings of God’s holy people.” (NLT)

Focus today: Seek God’s clarity in His word. Focus on His will. Obey His commands.

Clarity is part of my morning prayers. I pray and ask for clarity, introspection, and enlightenment each day. This is a disease of perception. I had to ask for the healing, and ask for an open mind, to see other concepts and thoughts of others, and a willingness to learn and be open to new awareness.

For so many years, I turned a blind ye and looked at life through rose-colored glasses, and saw only what I wanted to see.

My God was the answer. He is the Master Physician.
