August 1: This is a time when you can begin to see your way through the maze of bizarre circumstances that you have been mired in. Do your best to keep your mind clear of anxiety so that you can truly walk by faith and be hopeful. Just like every other test of courage to move forward, you will get to the other side. Romans 5:1-4 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.

August 2: In a vision I saw a pool of very clear water fed by a mountain stream. The water was still and without ripple, and there was someone looking into the clear water to see his own reflection. And, I heard the Lord say: Quiet and calm your soul so that it is like this pool without a ripple. Then, you can see yourself clearly and know who you are in Me, says the Lord, and you will know where to go from here. Isaiah 32:17 The fruit of righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence forever.

August 3: As you break through the illusions of what religious exercise will do for you, the truth of living in the Spirit will become a new and fresh reality. It will be like a new awakening to know that whatever comes from the heart is what changes you for better or for worse and not what you put on from the outside. Proverbs 4:23 Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.

August 4: Everything you do in life either lifts you up or tears you down. There are always things that need to be torn down and discarded, but your life is a treasure to be valued and protected. Treat yourself with mercy and kindness. You are not your own; you belong to Me, says the Lord. Handle yourself with care. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which belong to God.

August 5: You must release past memories of being rejected and not fitting in. You are not an inferior being; you have great value. Those who have shunned you only revealed their own insecurities. Rise up in the knowledge of My eternal love and acceptance, and refuse to allow the evil actions and intentions of others to diminish you, says the Lord. Matthew 12:20 A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench, till He sends forth justice to victory.

August 6: You are entering a season of elevation when you can advance spiritually. You will be able to achieve greater heights, and you will see visions and receive revelation with precision and clarity. There will be a stirring in your soul of expectation and excitement that will confirm the establishment of the moving of the Spirit. Go with the flow. Isaiah 41:18 I will open rivers in desolate heights, and fountains in the midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

August 7: You are still in a very dry time spiritually as you finish up what you started awhile ago. You have to get through this stretch of time before you can move into the fresh anointing provided for the new season. Do not get ahead of yourself. Take one step at a time and deal with one thing at a time as you make your way through this tedious place. It will require patience and perseverance, but I will give you the strength to endure, says the Lord. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on you own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

August 8: Do not be afraid of the challenges you face. Stand in the assurance that I know everything about you, and I will give you the strength and wisdom you need to overcome every obstacle. It may not be easy, but you are equipped to do all that is necessary to get beyond this test. Luke 10:19 19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

August 9: Humility looks good on you. No one likes a proud look or haughty countenance. Only the foolish rise up in pride as they seek to overcome insecurity. You will find your security in relationship with the Most High God, and setting your heart on His pleasure instead of trying to gain the approval of man. Proverbs 16:18-19 Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.

August 10: Many of you, My people, feel like you are hanging in limbo. And even when that is true externally, it is not true internally. If you will quiet your soul you will discover that I am showing you things that will bring correction. This can be a valuable time of spiritual growth if you will pay attention to my leading. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

August 11: The changes you make at this time will serve you well. Give yourself the leeway you need to make adjustments, and do not be self-critical. Refusing to indulge in irritation and frustration will require that you rise above the flesh and keep yourself in the Spirit. Galatians 5:16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

August 12: I will lead you through these harrowing days with precision. But you must stay spiritually connected to Me and rely on Me to give you the wisdom and direction you need. Remain calm and refuse the temptation to be impulsive. Trust Me. Psalm 27:14 Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!

August 13: Many of you, My people, need to rest; not just physically, but spiritually. Your rest will come when you cast your burden on Me and trust Me to undertake on your behalf. Stop striving. Stop worrying, and, come into a place of solid faith; not hoping, but knowing that I am with you to help and strengthen you, says the Lord.
Hebrews 4:10 For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.

August 14: Cast down every thought that rises up to bring you into condemnation, and then position yourself under the protection and strength of spiritual truth. These thoughts against yourself are counter productive to your spiritual growth and well being. If there is truly a need to repent do so, but do not allow yourself to get stuck in things of the past.
1 John 3:20 For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.

August 15: Beloved, it seems like there is always one more thing you have to do to accomplish what has been set before you. But you are like a seed that has been planted; you had to put down roots and struggle up through the soil to find the sunlight. You have endured the wind, been refreshed by the rain, and had to endure temperature changes in light and in darkness. I tell you the truth that all that you have been through has made you stronger and caused you to seek My face, says the Lord. And here you are! Psalm 27:8 My heart says of you, Seek his face! Your face, Lord, I will seek.

August 16: It has been a struggle to reach this new plateau, and the worst of the struggle is over. You can now establish yourself on this higher level of spirit life and awareness. You have made it through extreme challenges and you have not only survived, but you will begin to thrive on this new level of existence. 1 Peter 5:10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

August 17: Establish yourself in humble and sincere worship, and you will find Me and experience My presence as never before. There is a place of entry that requires righteousness and complete surrender. Come to Me in Spirit without fleshly desires or concerns. Come to Me into the holy place where you can be refreshed, says the Lord. Acts 3:19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.

August 18: You will begin to see the first stages of breakthrough and will realize that the things that held you back or were the source of consternation are things of the past. This is a new day. Embrace the freedom that comes with a clean slate. Rejoice as you fill this day with the best you have and with the goodness of My presence, says the Lord. Isaiah 43:18-19 Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

August 19: Making adjustments to accommodate current conditions is a must. Be flexible and trust Me to direct your steps, says the Lord. Dire circumstances often require drastic measures. Do not be afraid to do whatever is necessary to get through difficult times. I am with you. Psalm 119:132-133 Look upon me and be merciful to me, as Your custom is toward those who love Your name. Direct my steps by Your word, and let no iniquity have dominion over me.

August 20: Do not underestimate your position in the Kingdom. Many of you feel like you are ineffective and even expendable. You may not be called to reach multitudes with the Gospel, but you can establish righteousness and peace where you are. You can exhibit the fruit of the Spirit in everything you do. You can bring love where there is hatred, truth where there is deception, and acceptance for all people. You can make a difference. Philippians 3:13-14 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

August 21: There are things you have been putting off that you need to take care of. And, when you do, you will experience such great relief that you will wonder why you did not get that done earlier. Procrastination is bondage, but taking action is freedom. Set yourself free. Proverbs 13:4 The soul of a lazy man desires, and has nothing; but the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.

August 22: Refuse to allow your thoughts and emotions to run counter to godliness. Set a watch and do not allow ungodly thoughts to stand. Deal with doubt and unbelief, and establish yourself in strong faith by trusting earnestly in spiritual truth in every situation. Only believe! 2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

August 23: I speak to tale-bearers who are addicted to gossip as you share things that are none of your business. Treat others with the same love and respect that you desire for yourself. I tell you honestly that you are sowing seeds that will produce a harvest you will not enjoy. Be done with the pride that comes from judging others, and set your mind and heart of things of the Spirit. 1 Thessalonians 4:9-12 But concerning brotherly love you have no need that I should write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another; and indeed you do so toward all the brethren who are in all Macedonia. But we urge you, brethren, that you increase more and more; that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you, that you may walk properly toward those who are outside, and that you may lack nothing.

August 24: You can change your course and destination by giving more attention to that which is in agreement with My will and purposes. Set your mind on things that will build you up instead of things that will tear you down. Establish yourself in hope and be done with discouragement and despair, says the lord. For, I am truly with you to bring you to a place of victory over self-destruction. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

August 25: As the events of the past few months fade, you will begin to settle into a new routine. It may seem strange at first, but you will adapt and see the benefits of where you are now compared to where you have been. Never forget that I am with you always, says the Lord. Isaiah 43:18-19 Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

August 26: You can now break through the barriers that have kept you from spiritual and natural progression. Use this renewed place of freedom in ways that will not only benefit you, but will bless others. Release yourself from the stress and strain of days gone by, and move ahead gently. Psalm 84:5-7 Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, whose heart is set on pilgrimage. As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a spring; the rain also covers it with pools. They go from strength to strength; each one appears before God in Zion.

August 27: You have come through unprecedented changes in the past few years. Do not mourn what you perceive as loss, but rather enter into an uncluttered and more honest existence. I am preparing you for a reward in the days ahead that you would have lost without making the necessary changes. 1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

August 28: Be strong and of good courage. You have not been given more than you can effectively handle because you have access to My help and wisdom. When you get overwhelmed, seek My face and ask for My wisdom, direction, and strength, says the Lord. You are never alone; I am with you always. James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

August 29: Do the best you can with what you have, and leave the rest to Me, says the Lord. You do not have to go beyond your abilities to please Me; you just need to be faithful. Condemnation is your enemy, so allow Me to lift you up and set your feet on the path of peace and joy as you leave past failures behind. Romans 14:16-18 Therefore do not let your good be spoken of as evil; for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God and approved by men.

August 30: Listen with your heart to what I want to tell you, says the Lord. It is time for you to let go of remembering situations that have evoked a feeling of failure and hopelessness. It is time to move on from where you are, and put your hope in Me and not your circumstances, and I will elevate you above the mundane into the sublime. Philippians3:13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended, but one thing I do, forgetting those thing which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.

August 31: Today is a new day, so begin your day with a positive attitude, knowing that you can do all that I have called and chosen for you to do. Be done with self-doubt and discouragement. Rise up out of the dead ashes of the past with confidence that I am with you to guide you and give you the wisdom and help that you need to succeed, says the Lord. Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
