April 1: Renew your faith and hope, and forge ahead. It is never easy, but the opportunities will present themselves for you to do well. Forget the things you considered to be failures. The past is the past, and you cannot change what was. Only consider the possibilities that are before you. Never under estimate your spiritual and natural potential. Philippians 3:12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.

April 2: Watch for the temptation to feel bad about things of the past. Remind yourself that you can do nothing about any of it. What I have forgiven is forgiven, says the Lord. Do not dig up old trash that makes your feel terrible. You are My child, My chosen. Go forth in the power of My love to seek righteousness every day. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.

April 3: Take time out from the stress of life to rejuvenate. Focus on spiritual goodness, and allow restoration and healing to take place in your soul. Put aside all stressors for the moment so that you can find comfort in My presence, says the Lord. Set your heart and mind on recuperation and regeneration. Psalm 18:2-3 The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.

April 4: Do not take on more than you can effectively handle. Stay within the limitations of your body and soul, and do the best that you can with what you have been given. Maintain a positive attitude, and your grateful heart will be rewarded again and again. Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

April 5: Refuse to project out into the future; instead live each moment of the day as it comes. I am with you every step of the way, says the Lord. When you try to predict what will happen or how it will happen, it will only be conjecture and will usually be wrong. Save your energy and stay in the present. Proverbs 27:1 Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring.

April 6: It is good sometimes to reflect and remember, but do not get stuck in the past or dwell on what you regret. You must take it off like an old coat in spring and set your heart and mind on what is today and that which is to come. The hopes and plans for you have not yet come to fruition. Take the next step. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

April 7: It is your job every day to be righteous and exhibit My character and nature, says the Lord. Walk and live in the Spirit. Treat others as you would have them treat you; with love, kindness, goodness and generosity of spirit. Remember that you reap what you sow. Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

April 8: Beloved, you cannot progress until you decide where you are going. Identify your destination and keep it in the forefront of your mind as you journey on. Looking back will only serve to take you off course. Focus on your spiritual purpose, and do not forget your ultimate goal. Psalm 84:5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, whose heart is set on pilgrimage.

April 9: Be sensitive to My Spirit, and you will see that I am doing a very deep and lasting work in your spirit. Things that you never considered will rise up and challenge your position of faith and commitment to walk in the light of love and peace. But, you are well able to overcome every obstacle and fulfill your destiny. Be strong and unwavering. Psalm 46:1-3 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling. April 10: In this season of new beginnings, you will not only be able to simplify your work flow, but you can be more efficient and effective in all that you do. You have been through a rough patch, but I have been with you every step of the way, says the Lord. And, I will continue to lead, guide, direct, and protect you. Psalm 119:133 Direct my steps by Your word, and let no iniquity have dominion over me.

April 11: When you are weary, come to Me to be rejuvenated. When you are uncertain, come to Me for wisdom. When you are weak, come to Me to be strengthened. You are not alone; I am with you always. I am your fortress and high tower, your place of safety and security. Come and be refreshed and renewed, says the Lord. Deuteronomy 31:89 And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.

April 12: Ride the wave of breakthrough and victory where you can, but be willing to recognize and accept the challenges and difficulties that you can do nothing about. Do your best to be strong and unwavering in your position of faith and righteousness. Your efforts will be rewarded in due season. Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

April 13: You can overcome fear and dread by shifting your focus from what you are worried about to seeking My face, says the Lord. Your circumstances are not greater than your ability to overcome. Quiet your soul and allow peace to permeate your mind and emotions. Settle yourself. 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

April 14: Be particularly sensitive to the boundaries of what you can and cannot do. You only have authority where you have been given responsibility. It is always good to mind your own business unless you have been invited into the life and circumstances of someone else. Respect every individual right to autonomy. 1 Thessalonians 4:10b-12 But we urge you, brethren, that you increase more and more; that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you, that you may walk properly toward those who are outside, and that you may lack nothing.

April 15: There are issues that need to be dealt with, and this is no time to procrastinate. Even when you dread an uncertain outcome, putting it off will not make it any easier. Be assured that you are not alone. I am with you to protect you and direct your steps. Put your trust in Me, says the Lord. Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

April 16: The strength and power of the internal work that you have done will be revealed by your thoughts, actions, and the words of your mouth. There are areas in your life where self-control is still an issue. Victory can only be achieved as you yield to the work of My Spirit, says the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:8 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.April 16, 2023: The strength and power of the internal work that you have done will be revealed by your thoughts, actions, and the words of your mouth. April 17: Refuse to be overwhelmed by the challenges you face. When you get rattled, you must take an even strain, quiet your soul, and settle down. Ask for wisdom and without a doubt you will receive it. Do not allow fear to overcome your senses. Remember that you are strong and courageous. You are an overcomer. Ephesians 6:10-11 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

April 18: Today is the day to tackle the tasks that you have not wanted to do. They will not go away; they will nag you until you get them done. You may not feel like you are ready to face that which is before you, but you are. You have not been given more than you can effectively handle. Rise up in strength and confidence, and take the next step. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

April 19: You are always transitioning from the past to the future, and that may seem daunting at times, but it is life. You are well able to face the unknown as long as you stay spiritually connected. Set yourself in a position of faith that I always lead, guide, direct and protect you as long as you maintain a position of sweet communion with Me, says the Lord. Matthew 7:24-27 Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.

April 20: Worry does not change anything except your own health. Release your concerns to Me in prayer, and know that I hear and answer your prayer of faith according to My will and purposes, says the Lord. Quiet your mind and emotions and let me lead you out of this valley of fear and dread. Strengthen yourself in the truth of My Word. Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

April 21: You can get overwhelmed when you look too far ahead of where you are. That is when you start to worry and give way to conjecture. Refuse to allow theory without proof to become part of your decision making process. Take each moment as it comes, and allow Me to direct your steps and give you the wisdom you need as your progress, says the Lord. Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

April 22: When you are reminded of the past and all of the offences and indignities, it is for the purpose of forgiveness. You must sincerely forgive every person of every outrage if you want to be forgiven for what you have done. You are in a season of new beginnings, so begin with a clean slate and nothing within you that can keep you from being the best version of yourself you can be. Psalm 51:10-12 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me by Your generous Spirit.

April 23: Come into My presence with clean hands and a pure heart, and I will show you the way and give you the means to progress. Refuse to allow the work of the enemy against you to get you down. I will lift you up in strength and lead you in truth, says the Lord. Psalm 25:2-3 To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul. O my God, I trust in You; let me not be ashamed; let not my enemies triumph over me. Indeed, let no one who waits on You be ashamed; let those be ashamed who deal treacherously without cause.

April 24: I am your place of refuge where you can find peace and safety. Come to Me and find rest for your soul. There is nothing too big for Me to handle, so you must stand strong in faith and trust that I am with you to guide you through even the most difficult of circumstances. Psalm 18:2-3 The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.

April 25: Pay particular attention to the details of what you have been given to do. It is good to be able to see the big picture, but the details are what will trip you up if you are not careful. This is a time when being meticulous will pay off in the long run. Be methodical in your approach to your work, and pray for wisdom in the process. James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

April 26: Regardless of what is going on in your life externally, do your best to settle your soul, and come into rest. Circumstances change and there will always be challenges to face, but you can find peace in My presence, says the Lord. I am always the same; I never change. I am your shelter from the storm and your safe haven. Psalm 4:8 I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.

April 27: I, the Lord, am making a way for you to get the help you have desired and needed. But, you must not refuse the support when it comes, even when it is from an unlikely source. This will be a key moment in your life that can bring constructive change or not . The outcome depends on your acceptance of the assistance provided. Psalm 72:12-13 For He will deliver the needy when he cries, the poor also, and him who has no helper. He will spare the poor and needy, and will save the souls of the needy.

April 28: Transition is not always smooth; there will be things that you do not comprehend and obstacles that you have to navigate. But, there is no going back. You have made great progress regardless of the difficulties you faced. Gather your strength to continue on by the strength of hope and grace. 1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

April 29: When you begin to worry about what lies ahead, remember that all of your fretting only leads to anxiety. Redirect your thoughts to be grateful that you serve and loving God, who will guide you through every dilemma. You are not alone or without help. All you have to do is take each step of progression as it comes and believe. Matthew 6:25 Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

April 30: You are entering a new realm of experience that is unfamiliar and will sometimes be difficult, but know that I am with you in every detail. Set your face like flint to achieve your purpose without wavering. There is much for you to learn that will aid in your spiritual growth and awareness. Isaiah 50:7 For the Lord God will help Me; therefore I will not be disgraced; therefore I have set My face like a flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed.
