I am so glad that you found this site and are here and posting. My name is Mary and I wanted to personally welcome you to our community. We are a group of people that support and encourage each other in recovery.

Begin each day by reading the Daily Recovery Readings:

This is a good way to start your daily grounded in recovery.
Please browse our Daily Check-in forum, many of us post here daily and you can start your own thread.

Read through some of them and you can get to know us and where we are with our recovery. You can start one of your own.....as you will see, many of us have been journaling here for some time.
