Heart for the Lord Day 21 by SGLY Ministry
…be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ. Not with eyeservice, as men pleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: Ephesians 6:5,6,7 (NKJV)
Today’s Thought:
A Servant Heart is submissive, it does the will of God.
It serves it’s Master in obedience to His word.
It attends to it’s Master’s duties out of love and care for Him, not for it’s own gain. Let’s pray for a Servant’s Heart so we can serve Him and do His will daily.
Prayer of the Heart to the Lord:
Dear Lord, today I ask that You create in me a Servant Heart so I can serve You and do Your will. I want to have a heart that is obedient to Your way, word and will, Father. Please give me a Servant’s Heart so I can serve You in love daily.
