in studying the Big Book, I've come to understand that this program is impressive in its simplicity.
I'm beyond thankful that this recovery business has given me a life and a hope. there's always something going on in my life, some bearable with prayer, some for which prayer ushers me thru. st. Paul said that in all things he had thanks, both in time of plenty and time of lack. I do my best to remain happily sober. That's where I find God's grace and blessings.

Thanks for sharing. The Big Book, which I was told to read cover to cover, helped me to get honest and find myself. Then the Big Book gave me a healing program, which is applicable one day at a time.

Just for today, I choose not to use people, places, and things.

So grateful for the founding members, who showed me that there was a better way of life.
