God wants you to know that ... today is going to be a great day.

Don't start your day with a negative attitude. It's hard to understand why so many people wake up each morning feeling defeated when each day holds so much potential. The possibilities that today offers are endless, so eagerly anticipate wonderful happenings. It's easy to let blessings go by unnoticed if you're not looking.

God wants you to know that ... you become what you do.

Life molds itself into the shape of your actions, - do something long enough and you become it. Fighting for peace makes more war. Loving for peace makes more peace.

God wants you to know that ... peace can be found in unlikely places.

Even in the darkest storms peace can be found by those who seek it. When turmoil and tension tear at your heart, pray for peace and most often you'll find peace in prayer. Of course there is no need to wait for a storm, pray for peace right now.

God wants you to know that ... you are beautiful.

Mirrors are fickle, a play of light and shadow. The only true mirror is within yourself. Clear your mind of doubt and prejudice, and you will see yourself as God sees you - beautiful.

God wants you to know that ... it is okay to ask for help.

You were not meant to go through this journey alone. Ask for help. There is strength in togetherness.

Like these, they have affirmed what I have posted over the last week. Today's readings are about accepting help. That letting go of the thought that we know everything and can do it ourselves, when instead, we need a sponsor and a home group. A support group is important, get phone numbers. Reach out. Me alone with me is bad company. I have no one to disagree with me and I start thinking I am just F.I.N.E. (frustrated, insecure, neurotic, and emotional).

God wants you to know that ... you haven’t opened all your gifts yet.

Your life can be deeper than the ocean, larger than the sky and richer than all the minerals in the earth. You have so much potential. Do everything you dream of. Keep discovering yourself.

God wants you to know that ... you are unique and precious.

When you try to value yourself for being the best in something, you are bound to fail. Even Olympic champions are the best only for a few years. You are precious to God not because there is no one better than you, but because you are a unique creation of mind, body and spirit, - there is no one like you, - and that is exactly what makes you so indescribably precious.

God wants you to know that ... when you pursue your dreams, every second is an encounter with God.

Following your dreams opens your heart allowing God to enter and fill you with bliss.

God wants you to know that ... you are a human being, not a human doing.

Take time to just be, to breathe slowly, to feel your body that is the temple of your soul. No activities, no worries, no buzzing.

God wants you to know that ... some struggle is inevitable.

No one is promised a life which is free from pain, sorrow or grief. It does not mean that anyone walks through these things alone. Have faith and know that all suffering is temporary.

God wants you to know that ... everyone is looking for love, but the blessed ones do the opposite.

Blessed are those looking to give love. Right now think of three simple ways you can give love and be blessed.

God wants you to know that ... your gut instinct is usually correct.

We have these feelings in our body for a reason. Listen to your body.

God wants you to know that ... you will get back to solving all the wrongs in a moment, - how about taking a moment to treasure what is right.

All too often we focus so intently on solving the problems, that we forget to zoom out and celebrate what is good in our life already.

Was told it was women`s intuition and men`s gut! If it is all in my head, gosh only know what will happen and where it came from. :)

Found out if I go looking for it, it alludes me. If I try to make it happen, it just doesn`t happen. If I let go and let my God, it appears and challenges are over come. Problems I can stay stuck in.

God wants you to know that ... this world was made for you too.

Enjoy it, explore it, experience it. Don't hold back. It is God's gift to you. Don't be a wallflower in the dance of life.

We tend to forget that God created the heavens and the earth, he planted and tilled it and put everything here that can help us walk our journey.

Man things, can make life easy or difficult, but when you get down to basics, recognize God love and care for you and fellow man, you can trust Him to work in your life. Over the years, man has changed things, including the Bible to their interpretation. Never forget that you have a direct line and if you have a sponsor, a group, a pastor, a counsellor, to run things by them to help you come to a decision.

God wants you to know that ... when you expect nothing, you always receive a lot.

No matter how much you receive, if you expected even more, you will be disappointed. No matter how little you receive, if you expected even less, you will be happy.

Love it, some is more isn't always good. It leads us to expect more and lack of acceptance of what is in today.

God wants you to know that ... when the sun rises, it rises for you.

Yes, for you. Just for you. Only for you. You are it, everything, the whole universe with all the billion galaxies and stars. The separateness you feel is only a mask you have put on to enjoy this human form. Under the mask, your shape is All. How far can you now feel yourself expand? To your parent?... to your child?... to your friend?... to a stranger on a street?... half way around the globe?

God wants you to know that ... God is glad that you are You.

Sure, we all have things we want to change, to improve about ourselves. But underneath the flesh and bone, you are an immortal and perfect soul. Always remember that

God wants you to know that ... when you are at a loss of what to do, do nothing.

Doing nothing can be very wise. When you pause doing things, you become more aware of God's presence, and often an unexpected solution to your question will arise.

God wants you to know that ... there is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.

Happiness does not come from seeking new landscapes, but from having new eyes on the same life you've always been living.

God wants you to know that ... your heart is your compass.

Set a course in the direction that your heart commands and it will lead the way to God. Follow it, and you will always be on the correct path in life.

God wants you to know that ... the truth is, everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for.

Look around, look closely at the people in your life right now, and ask yourself about each one: 'Is (s)he worth suffering for?'

God wants you to know that ... when you are feeling anxious, remember to breathe.

Allow yourself to breathe in and out slowly. Allow your breath to bring you to a place of calmness. Allow yourself to be calm like the eye in the center of the storm.

God wants you to know that ... you are commanded to love everyone, not condemn those who don't agree with you.

Your opinions are just that, - opinions, regardless of where you got them from. They are tiny, a speck compared to the immensity of God. You cannot possibly have even the faintest idea of what God commands to other people, to other lifeforms. Your only possible intelligent choice is to continuously open in love and acceptance. Today more than yesterday.

God wants you to know that ... it's time to start living in the present.

Letting go of the past is not easy, especially if you have wounds that have never properly healed. But, the past is past and living there may be preventing you from fully experiencing the present. Likewise fear of what may be looming around the corner can also prevent you from fully enjoying the present. Live in the moment and look forward to eternity with God, now that's a great present.

God wants you to know that ... you learn what you do.

If you worry a lot, then day after day you are learning how to worry even better. If you think about doing something a lot, then you are learning how to think about doing. Every moment you are happy, you are learning how to be even happier. Every time you act, you are learning how to take an action even better. What is it that you've been learning today? What is it that you want to learn tomorrow?

God wants you to know that ... each day is an adventure for you to discover.

Face each day without fear or expectation. Experience to the fullest whatever comes your way. It is as God meant it to be.

God wants you to know that ... each day is a day in making.

At any moment, you can make a different choice about what you are doing, how you are feeling, and what you are focusing on. It is never too late to start over again and make new choices.

God wants you to know that ... forgiveness is a virtue.

Remember to forgive others, remember to forgive yourself. Learn and forgive.

God wants you to know that ... you are connected to all living things.

You may think you are separate and all alone, but the truth is there is so much interconnection. When you feel alone, allow time for connection and communion. If there are no people around for good company, then be with nature: a dog or cat or tree or ocean. Good company comes in many forms.

God wants you to know that ... if you're feeling stressed, take care of your body.

Breathe, stretch, move, get a massage. Your body will thank you and your spirit will feel renewed. God wants us to take care of body, mind, and spirit.

God wants you to know that ... joy will come when you pass on the love you have received.

If you hoard love, it melts away. If you lock love, it breaks free. If you grab on to love, you end up holding an illusion. When you let love flower in its own way, it stays to support you. When you pass on love, it multiplies beyond measure.
