Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
- Melody Beattie

Grateful to have a deeper more meaningful understanding of gratitude today.

An attitude of gratitude is an important key to living a life of sobriety. For one thing, it keeps you in a positive frame of mind. Negativity goes away when you see everything that you are grateful for.

I like what BW posted: "Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."

I am grateful to be alive and sober each and every day!

This is good to hear and read. It is a reminder to all of us we could slip at any time. It is the action of expressing gratitude for our sobriety and sharing it that keeps us sober. Thank you for the post. It is a great reminder to stay humble. Blessings
