G is for Gratitude. I am grateful for this site and all those who contribute to it. Grateful for my health. Grateful for the Fellowship I have found in the rooms of 12 Step Programs.

G is for Get

Get a home group. Attend meetings regularly

G is for Growth. This disease is mental, emotional, spiritual as well as physical. We need food for every part of our disease to maintain balance and grow in our recovery.

G is for Grace. When I see someone high or drunk, I say, ....but for the Grace of God, there go I. God's Grace brought me to the doors of recovery. If I continue to maintain a spiritual connection, His Grace keeps me in recovery.

G is for Give. Give and it will be given onto you. Don't gidlve with the idea of getting back. Your gift may come from someone you don't even know. Don't put expectations on the person you are giving to, they may not be able to return the favor in the moment, but I am sure they will not forget you.

If you give to get, there is a good chance you will get nothing.

G is for God. If He brings you to it, He will see you through it.

God is all things. God is as He reveals Himself to me in today.
