WE NEED EACH OTHER

Being a member on a team or a part of a support group helps us grow. We learn from each other. We share with each other. We need each other. Whatever the cause, the project or the problem, when we work together in groups or teams we get more done. We grow individually and we grow as a group. We connect. We bond. We build relationships. God knows we need each other to learn and to grow. That is why it is so important we meet with other believers in small groups and discuss His word and His plans for our lives.

Ephesians 4:16 “He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.” (NLT)

Ephesians 4:16 “From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.” (KJV)

Dear Lord, thank You for putting us on this earth with other people. We are all created differently so we will learn from each other. We are all created in Your image so we will know we belong to You. Help us find a small group where we can share Your word with one another and help each other. We want to be obedient to You and grow spiritually and share Your love. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Small groups with other believers can help us grow spiritually.

We need each other to help us be encouraged by God’s word when we are experiencing troubles.

God’s people were meant to be with one another sharing His word and praising His name.

Participating in a small group of godly people will challenge us to grow spiritually and live only for God.

When we feel like we are all alone with our problems, a small group of believers can help.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 “So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.” (NLT)

Focus: Find a small group of believers to worship with and spiritually grow.
