Welcome mkdg4, glad you found us. Thanks for signing in and saying hello. We do have step work and posts on the Steps. I don't have a web-cam and speakers on my Notebook, don't have a regular computer. There is a lot of information on the site. Click on each heading, and you will find posts behind the posts. I have even shared my feelings on the posts on some of the older posts.

What my sponsor always told me, get back to basics. Remember that recovery starts with me, it isn't about the other person. Clean house, have a little talk with your God, and ask for help. If you don't have a working relationship with your God, look in the spiritual section, and the inspiration posts at the bottom of the site.

We have a daily check in there, we share on our journey each day. The site is private and is for members only. The Daily Readings are always a blessing for me. The program works when we work for it.
