And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister. 1 John 4:21

1 John 1:5 5 This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.

2 Timothy 1:7 7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

Matthew 5:4 – Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

1 Corinthians 13:13 – And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

1 John 4:10 – This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

Psalm 46:1 – God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

There is only one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and people. He is the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5

1 John 4:15-16 15 If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God. 16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.
