Zucchini Pizza
one small zucchini, one small summer squash,
one medium onion, one small can of italian tomatoe sause
with seasonings, oregano seasonings,
one block of sharp cheddar cheese.
take one metal pie plate and drizzle vegetable oil in the bottom.
slice in thin slices zucchini and summer squash.
layer pan alternating them. after each layer put tomatoe sauce w/ seasonings
at the middle put shredded cheddar cheese and onion.
repeat. top layer put sauce then cheese.
salt and pepper if you like.
bake middle rack for one hour at 350.f
delicious!
