Always Worth It
Through all the fighting and denial we finally get to where we discover the power found in recovery and it always worth all our efforts to do so. No one ever said recovery was easy, simple yes, easy no! Everything about recovery suggests we do things that are not natural to us, that we normally wouldn't do. It's not that these things are hard to do, they're just hard for those of us who have this problem. We were cutting ourselves off from the power we need to live a successful life, when we are living the way we were before our recovery, and to make matters worse is living that way we had become natural to us. Changing that is never easy, but the thing we need to know is it's always worth it because of what we'll always find if we do, and that's the power we sorely needed
